Public data release of the EAGLE galaxy and halo catalogues

The Virgo Consortium is happy to release publicly the halo and galaxy catalogues of the main EAGLE simulations in the form of an SQL database. Astronomers can study virtual galaxies through cosmic time and retrieve many common properties such as their masses, sizes, colours, angular momenta, star formation rates or metallicities. Mock gri images are also provided for the largest objects. We hope that this ressource will prove valuable to the wide community. You can access the database here.
